连续制备碳化二亚胺改性MDI工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以碳化二亚胺改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)间歇工艺为基础,设计出了连续化小试试验装置,然后进行了不同操作条件下试验,考查了反应温度、停留时间及催化剂用量等工艺条件对反应的影响.通过对试验结果的整理和分析,可认定该连续化工艺完全可行,并找到了较优操作条件:反应温度200-205℃、催化剂质量分数为2.5%,助催化剂为0.15%,反应停留时间控制在1.5 h,反应平衡时间为2 h. Based on the batch method of operation, the continuous experimental equipment of carbodiimide modified MDI is designed and different processing conditions are carried on. The effects of reaction temperature, residence time and the amount of catalyst and activator are investigated. Finally, the experimental test result is reorganized and analysed, and the continuous craft is proved to be completely feasible. The operating parameters are optimized as follows: reaction temperature is 200 -205 ℃, wcatayst is 2.5% , Wactiwtor is 0. 2%, reaction residence time is 1.5 h, and equilibrium time is 2 h.
