摘要
针对柴油机微粒过滤器(DPF)难以实现自动再生问题,提出了利用AT89C52单片机实现可靠的DPF再生控制系统的解决方案,利用传感器和A/D转换电路设计了信号采集及处理单元,辅助设计了实时时钟电路和RS232串行通信电路,还特别设计了稳压电源模块.最后开发了系统软件,使系统能实行实时控制,保证了系统的自动化、智能化工作.实践结果表明该系统设计合理、运行可靠.
For the regeneration problem of the diesel particulate filter, a method adopting AT89C52 as the microprocessor unit to achieve a reliable regeneration control system is put forward. The signal collection and processing units are designed using sensors and A/D circuit, a real-time clock circuit and RS232 serial communication circuit are also designed as assistant circuits to the system, specially a stabilized voltage supply is designed. At last the system software is developed to realize real-time control, automation, and intellectualization of the system. The practical results have proved the reliability and rationality of this system.
