不稳定骨盆骨折患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of unstable pelvic fracture patients

目的:探讨不稳定骨盆骨折的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月～2006年12月收治的33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床救治和护理过程。结果:33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者中除1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡外,其余28例治愈,4例好转后要求出院。结论:及时观察病情并采取有效的护理措施,是有效防止并发症,提高疗效的关键。

Objective ：To discuss the countermeasure of unstable pelvic fracture. Methods：The review analysis from 33 patients with unstable pelvic fracture in clinical treat and cureand to nurse process from January 2004 to August 2007. Results：In 33 cases of unstable pelvisc fracture, 1 case failure death because Multiple System Organ Failure,other 28 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved and request to leave the hospital. Concluslon：To observe the patient＇s condition in time and adopt effective nursing measures,it＇s a key to prevent the complication effectivily and improve the curative effect.
