摘要
目的:探索无痛人工流产手术的围手术期护理。方法:回顾性总结2005年1月～2007年6月共1664例行无痛人工流产手术患者的术前护理、术中配合、术后护理及健康指导情况。结果:1664例受术者在严密观察及护理下平稳度过手术,未出现麻醉手术意外及并发症。结论:有针对性地对受术者做好心理护理,采取积极有效的护理措施,有利于手术顺利进行,避免意外事故和并发症的发生。
Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing measures of painless artificial abortion. Methods：The review summary for 1664 cases of painless artificial abortion pre-operation nursing, operation coordination, post-operation nursing and the situation of health guidence from January 2005 to June 2007. Results： 1 664 cases all received selective operations under observed and nursing strictly. There was no accident of anaesthesia or operation and complication. Conclusion：To complete the mental nursing for the sergery patients pointedly and adopt effective nursing measures positively. It＇s advantageous to carry on the operation smoothly, to avoid the accident and complication.
