软X射线显微术湿样品成像的探讨

STUDY WITH SOFT X_RAY MICROSCOPY ON WET SPECIMEN IMAGING

依据软Ｘ射线显微术成像的特点，设计了适合于湿样品活细胞成像的样品室。

Based on the characteristics of soft X_ray microradiography,a chamber for wet specimens imaging is designed and the conditions of X_ray sources and wet specimens imaging are discussed.
