进行人才培养模式创新,是解决高职教育与企业生产实际脱节这一难题的有效方法。本文对SMT实训实施"工学结合"模式进行了探讨,将基础理论学习、职业基本技能训练和职业能力素质培养有机结合起来,充分利用学校内外不同的教育环境和资源,实现学生角色向职业人角色的转变,搭建学生、企业、学校的桥梁,实现共赢的良好局面。

Innovating personnel training model is an effective method to solve the problem that the higher vocational education is out of the production of enterprises. In this paper we discuss the implementation of ＂work - study combination＂ model for SMT training, combine the learning of basic theory, the training of basic occupation skill and professional ability organically, make full use of the different education environment and the resources inside and outside the school, then transtorm the student to the protessional person, put up the bridge among the student, enterprise and school. Then realize the fine aspect of winning together.
