摘要
广域控制策略可以有效提高广域分布互联电力系统的动态性能,但是广域控制信号传输时延会对控制器产生负面影响,并且日趋复杂的系统结构及接近稳定极限的运行条件对控制器的鲁棒性能提出了更高的要求。该文在考虑信号传输时延的情况下建立了电力系统状态空间模型,并应用H∞回路成形及规范互质分解技术对上述模型进行了鲁棒镇定控制器设计。得到的控制器不仅具有很强的鲁棒性能,同时可使闭环系统容忍更大的时延。以时域仿真结果说明了所得控制器的性能及方法的有效性。
The wide area controller design using remote signal has been suggested to improve the dynamic performance of interconnected power systems. Because of the nature of wide area control, communication delay can't be ignored. Delay may be deteriorative to close-loop system stability. On the other hand, the robustness was necessary to tolerate the system operating near the stability limit. In this paper, the open-loop power system model was built with consideration of delay. H∞ loop-shaping design procedure is used to realize the controller, which is not only robust but also delay endurable. The robustness is further validated by simulation.
