摘要
研究了非简并共轭高聚物中的两种典型的动力学过程;(1)光激发,(2)电荷转移,并确定了它们的弛豫时间.晶格位形和电子能态随时间的演变过程自洽地显示出光激发的弛豫时间大约是85fs,电荷转移的弛豫时间大约是150fs.很明显,光激发的弛豫比电荷转移弛豫的过程要快得多.并指出这种现象在高分子材料中是一种普遍现象,同时给出了物理讨论.
Two typical kinds of dynamical processes in nondegenerate conjugated polymerhave been studied: (i) the photoexcitation (PE), (n) the charge transfer (CT), and their relaxation times are determined. The evolutions of both lattice structure and electronic statesshow that their relaxation times are, respectively, about 85 fs and 150 fs. It is noticeable thatthe relaxation process of PE is almost twice quicker than that of CT. This distinction is a common characteristic in organic molecules and its physical origin is analysed.
