锻压设备通用数控系统通信技术的研究

摘要 研究了锻压机床通用数控系统的控制结构和通信机制,分析了专用模板的通信结构及一对多串行通信结构,解决了多轴控制、多CPU间快速通信的问题.研究结果表明:通用数控系统具有复制、裁剪和组态性能。 The control structure and the communication technique for a general purpose CNC system in forging machines are studied. The communication structure of the special follow board and one to many serial communication structure are discussed. With these structures, the difficulty in multi axis control and the rapid communication between multiple CPUs can be overcome. The results of the study show that the general purpose CNC system can meet the requirements of various forging machines and it has such functions as copying, tailoring, and configuration.
