Wideband Radar Signal Modeling Based on the Wavelet

建立了宽带雷达信号模型，讨论了窄带信号模型的局限性，研究了宽带信号的约束条件；提出了以母波为发送信号并以不同尺度和时移的子波来建立宽带回波信号的数学模型；仿真实验表明，基于这种模型，利用连续小波变换实现发波与回波相关函数的计算，即使在低信噪比的情况下。

A wideband radar signal model is developed. The limitations of the narrowband radar signal model are discussed. The constraint conditions of the wideband signal are investigated. A wideband echo signal model based on wavelets with different scales and time shiftings and with the original wave as the transmitting signal is also developed. A simulation study shows that even when the SNR is low, the model is useful to the calculation of the correlation function between the transmitted waves and the echoes by continuous wavelet transforms.
