摘要
以准时生产制为特点的精益生产在生产制造业40年的实践已证明了其成效,但如何将之运用于铁路运输这一与制造业存在很大差异性的领域,无论是实践还是理论研究都还处于探索期。围绕着铁路运输领域为什么能够且有必要借鉴精益生产这种生产管理技术,本文从契约研究的角度出发,认为精益生产的实质就是对企业内部契约关系的显化与重构。精益生产制的运用打破了铁路运输系统难以拆分解析的困境,通过对契约关系的梳理,明确了在不同契约主体之间价值传递的接续依存关系,建立了以价值为这种多作业多产品的复杂系统标准的评价体系。
With the characteristics of JIT, Lean Production has been proved validity by 40years' practice in manufacturing. How to apply LP into railway transportation field which is contrast to manufacturing, and that is a problem in practice and theory research. This paper tries to answer why LP can and must be utilized into railway transportation. In this paper, authors consider that LP is a matter of contract relationship clarifying and reconstructing in the railway transportation enterprises. Using LP is to break the predicament in the railway transportation system like a black-box hard to split. Through carding the contract relationship in the railway transportation enterprises, the enterprises can definitude the dependence and connection of the value transfer between the subiects of contracts, then can establish evaluation system based on value.
