摘要 针对改性PbTiO3压电陶瓷制造过程中PbO挥发严重的问题,通过降低烧结温度和增加PbO气氛两种方法对系统的压电性能进行了研究,得到了烧结温度低、PbO挥发量低、压电性能优良的改性PbTiO3陶瓷. It is very difficult to produce modified PbTiO 3 piezoelectric ceramics of excellent piezoelectric properties because a large amount of PbO is volatilized during production. Two measures to reduce the sintering temperature and intensify the PbO atmosphere are investigated. The PbO based glass powder consisting of Al 2O 3, SiO 2, H 3BO 4 and Pb 3O 4, a stuff of low melting point and high polarizability, is found to be good in reducing both the sintering temperature and the PbO volatilization and it is helpful to the improvement of the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the system. At the same time, sintering with an Al 2O 3 cover pressing on the sample is good to the density and piezoelectric properties as the amount of PbO volatilization can be reduced.
