摘要 如何根据作战需求及目标特性构建合理的毁伤评估模型是开展准确快速毁伤评估工作的基础,毁伤评估建模所要解决的核心问题是研究目标物理毁伤程度与目标功能丧失程度之间的定量关系。首先分析了航空母舰毁伤评估的特点,指出航母毁伤评估的立足点应置于遭袭后,其作战效能的实际变化情况。然后分析了航母作战任务及系统组成。继而在进行易损性分析基础上,确定各子目标的毁伤效果指标,计算并获得子目标物理毁伤信息;最后根据目标系统中各子目标功能逻辑上的关系,从系统观点出发,建立基于目标物理毁伤的作战效能量化模型,实现用目标作战效能的变化情况作为目标毁伤评估的评判依据。 How to build a rational damage assessment model based on the campaign requirements and target feature is the basis for rapid and accurate damage assessment. The core problem is to solve the quantitative relationship of the physical damage degree and the function losing of the target. We analyzed the characteristics of the damage evaluating model of the carrier, and indicated that the focus of damage evaluation should be located in the change of the carrier's actual operational effectiveness. Then, we studied the campaign task and the system composition of the aircraft carrier. The damage efficiency indexes of each sub-target are established based on the analyzing the target vulnerability, and the target' s physical damage information is acquired through calculation. Finally, according to the functional logical relationship of each sub-target in the target system, the quantitative operational effectiveness model is built based on the target physical damage, and thus the change of the target' s operational effectiveness is used as the basis for target damage assessment.
