摘要 用卸载柔度单试样法COD阻力曲线自动测试技术,测定了CO2气体保护焊药芯焊丝YJ501焊缝金属在室温和-20℃时的COD阻力曲线,并对焊缝金属的显微组织进行了电镜分析.结果表明:CO2气体保护焊YJ501药芯焊丝焊缝金属在室温和-20℃均有较高的断裂韧性。 The automatic measuring techniques for the COD resistance curve with the unloading compliance single specimen method has been used to measure the weld metal COD resistance curve of type YJ501 flux cored wire for CO 2 shielded arc welding at -20℃ and room temperature. The microstructure of the weld metal was examined with SEM. The results show that the weld metal has a high fracture toughness, which is mainly due to the content of acicular ferrite in the weld metal.
