骨髓基质细胞分泌神经营养因子的作用及机制研究

摘要 骨髓基质细胞移植可用于治疗中枢神经系统疾病,目前普遍认为其主要的作用机制可能是移植细胞本身或刺激宿主细胞分泌神经营养因子的营养作用,而促使神经功能的恢复。这些神经营养因子对中枢神经的可塑性及损伤后的再修复具有极其重要的作用。现就骨髓基质细胞在体内或体外分泌的多种神经营养因子的发现、作用及机制进行综述。 Bone marrow stromal cells transplantation may treat central nervous system diseases. At present, the main known mechanism maybe that trophic action of NTFs secreted by transplanted cells themselves or host cells older the stimulation of transplanted cells can promote the neurofunctional recovery. These factors have great important effect on the plasticity and post trauma recovery of central nerve. The article reviews the discovery, effect and mechanism of these neurotrophic factors that secreted by BMSCs no matter in vivo or in vitro.
