摘要 细胞凋亡为一种形态学上的改变,是发生于基因调控下的细胞程序性的死亡。细胞凋亡的通路主要有3条:线粒体通路、死亡受体通路和内质网通路。在细胞凋亡中执行主要功能的为一类名为半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)的蛋白酶家族,通过各种机制的活化,产生级联反应,导致细胞凋亡。近年研究显示,细胞凋亡中caspase与皮肤肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,深入研究细胞凋亡的信号通路及其分子机制将为皮肤肿瘤的治疗提供新的途径。 Apoptosis is a morphological changes and programmed cell death (PCD) under the control of gene regulator. Apoptotic pathway. The main apoptotic pathways are three, which are mitochondrial pathway, death receptor pathway and endoplasmic reticulum pathway. A kind of protease playing main function in apoptosis is called caspase, which can result in apoptosis by producing cascade reaction resulting from the activation of all kinds of mechanisms. Recent studies showed that easpasc in apoptosis is closely related to the genesis and development of skin tumor. The further study of signal pathway in apoptosis and its molecular mechanism will provide new therapeutic method for skin trauma.
