摘要
近年来神经科学的研究表明,神经营养因子是选择性调节周围神经和中枢神经系统神经生长和存活的一类蛋白质。脑源性神经营养因子是神经生长因子发现后报道的另一神经营养因子,它对中枢神经系统多种类型神经元的生长、发育、分化、维持和损伤修复都具有重要作用。现就脑源性神经营养因子的结构、功能及临床应用前景进行综述。
In recent years, the researches of neuroscienee indicates neurotrophic factor is a kind of protein, which can selectively regulate the growth and survival of peripheral nerve and central nerve. Brain-derived neurutruphie factors is another neurotrophic factor after the finding of nerve growth factor, which have an important effect on the growth, development, differentiation, maintenance and injury repair of many kinds of neuron in central nervous system. This article reviews brain derived nearotrophic factor about its structure, function, and prospects of its clinical application.
