摘要
磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3是硫酸乙酰肝素糖蛋白家族中的一员,它参与调控细胞增殖、分化、黏附和迁移等过程。研究表明,它在肝癌组织中特异性高表达,与肝癌的发生相关,且在肝癌的诊断方面具有较高的敏感性,有望成为肝癌诊断新的肿瘤标志物。现就磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3的结构特点、与肝癌发生及其在肝癌临床诊断和治疗中的作用做一综述。
As one of the menders of heparan sulfate proteoglyeaas, Glypican-3 （GPC3） participates in the process of cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion and migration. It was demonstrated to be assoeiated with eareinogenesis with high special expression in liver tumors, which has been tried for a new tumor marker in diagnosis of hepatoeellular earcinogenesis with high sensitivity. Here we reviewed the strueture fealures of the glypican-3, its role in tumor occurrence and its elinieal value in diagnosis and therapy of hepatoeellular carcinoma.
