摘要
KAI1/CD82是细胞生物学行为的重要调节者,参与肿瘤转移抑制作用相关的细胞运动、聚集、黏附等,它的表达缺失与多种癌瘤的发生、发展密切相关。另外,KAI1/CD82表达缺失与胃肠道肿瘤组织学类型、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移关系密切,可作为预测胃肠道肿瘤患者预后不良的一个指标,也为控制肿瘤扩散的治疗提供了新的思路,但其作用机制及在肿瘤治疗中的应用仍有待进一步研究。
Asa member of transmembrane 4 superfamily, KAI/CD82 is a tumor metastasis suppressor gene. This paper reviewed research advances of KAI/CD82 in gastrointestinal tumors. Medical research indicated that KAI1/CD82 be an important regulator for cytobiological behavior, and participate in movement, aggregation and adhesion of cells concerning tumor metastasis, and its expression or not has been demonstrated to be correlated with tumor forrrkation and development of many tumors. In addition, the deletion expression of KAI1/CD82 gene has been regarded to be closely related to histological type, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer and it may save as one of the worse predictive indicators for the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor. Also, it may offer a new idea for control of the tumor metastasis. The mechanism and clinical application of KAI1/CD82 need further study.
