摘要
心房电重构指促进心房颤动发生与维持的任何电生理学性质的改变。近来,对电重构分子机制认识的最大进展在于明确了离子通道及细胞内钙离子稳态调节因子为心房异常电活动的分子决定子及它们在心房颤动时如何改变。在心房颤动的治疗中,许多药物(如钙离子通道阻滞剂、钾离子通道阻滞剂以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂)的抗心律失常特性和疗效与其预防和逆转电重构的效应相关。
Electrical remodeling refers to any change in electrophysiological function that promotes initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. Recently, the most important advancements in understanding the molecular mechanisms of electrical remodeling are that ion channel and regulatory, factor of steady state of intracellular Ca^2+ are molecular determinants of atrial abnormal electric activity, and how they are changed in atrial fibrillation. In the treatment of atrial fibrillation, antiarrhythmic properties and therapeutic effect of many drugs ( eg Calcium Channel Blockers, Potassium Channel Blocker and Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme lnhibhors) have been proved to be associated with their effects on preventing and/or reversing electrical remodeling.
