摘要 挥发性麻醉药对心肌预处理可产生模拟缺血预处理样的心肌保护作用,它可以降低心脏疾病患者经历心脏手术以及非心脏手术的风险。该类药物预处理对于心脏的保护机制包括:激活G蛋白耦联受体,多种蛋白激酶和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)敏感性钾离子通道。挥发性麻醉药主要通过激活一些蛋白激酶,进而促进氧自由基的形成及一氧化氮合成能力的增强等,达到激活肌膜与线粒体上的ATP敏感性钾离子通道,使处于稳态的ATP敏感性钾离子通道开放,减少细胞内的钙超载。就近年来一些关于挥发性麻醉药对于心肌保护作用的机制研究简要综述。 Preconditioning myocarditan by using volatile anesthetics can elicit cardiac protective effects like ischemic preconditioning. It may decrease the risk of patients with cardiovascular diesase tmdergoing eardiac and non-cardiac surgeries. The protective mechanism of volatile anesthetic-induced preconditioning are to activate Gprotein-coupled receptors, kinds of proein kinases and ATP sensitive potassium channels. Volatile anesthetics can activate ATP sensitive potassium channels on muscularis and mitochondria, make the ATP sensitive potassium channels lying stability open, and reduce the intracellular calcium overload by promoting the genesis of oxygen free radicals and the synthesis of NO reduced by the activation of some protein kinases. This article reviews studies about myocardial protective mechanism of volatile anesthetics.
