因右心室独特的解剖位置和复杂的几何构型,临床较难准确地评价其大小、形态和功能。一直以来右心室的功能评价未受到应有的重视,然而,许多心血管和呼吸系统疾病对左、右心室同时有影响,早期提供右心室功能信息对临床选择治疗手段和评估预后有极其重要的价值。近年来,随着对心功能的不断研究和超声心动图技术的发展,右心室功能的评价越来越受到关注。组织多普勒成像技术自1992年提出以来,对心功能的评价提供了新的、敏感的方法。

With the development of heart function studying and Echocardiography technique, evaluation on I fight ventfieular function has been paid more and more attention to. Tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） is a technique offering a new and sensitive method on evaluation of hear function.
