摘要
针对山西三维集团30 t/h循环流化床锅炉存在的磨损问题,从炉内气固流动特性和锅炉结构方面,详细分析了造成锅炉磨损的原因,并提出了防止磨损的措施,并对锅炉的布风系统进行了改造,取得了较满意的效果。锅炉的热力计算和烟风阻力计算结果表明,扩大风帽内孔直径会改变循环流化床内颗粒的流动状态和受热面的阻力特性,从而影响循环流化床锅炉的磨损。本研究为循环流化床锅炉磨损问题的解决提供了新的思路。
In order to resolve the abrasion problems of a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler in Shanxi Sanwei Limited Company, this paper studied the effects of gas-solid flow and the boiler structure on abrasion. Results for heating calculation and flue gas calculation indicate that enlarging the inner diameter of nozzle buttons can enormously diminish, the abrasion in the equip- ments. Consequently, the operation period is prolonged and the operation expenditure is cut down.
