分析了公共信息模型的特征,提出了一种基于IEC61970标准的CIM模型与关系数据库的一种映射方法,使之能符合当前主流数据库并实现电力软件互操作的目的。为了使CIM更加符合设备管理软件的需要,以山西某220 kV变电站的设备管理系统建立为背景,对CIM进行了扩展,并以二次设备为例,阐述了扩展的过程。该方法使得软件系统的数据库表能完全遵循IEC61970标准,具有良好的兼容性。
