摘要
目的推动秦皇岛港务集团完善艾滋病健康教育政策,向其他企业提供政策借鉴。方法采用自行设计问卷,在修订的艾滋病健康教育政策实施前后,分别随机抽取不同岗位的职工2008名和1996名进行横断面问卷调查。结果两次调查中,职工对6项艾滋病基本知识的知晓率均明显提高了8.8%~16.6%,职工的受教育程度、工作岗位、工作年限和性别是知晓率影响因素;允许感染者/病人继续工作、愿意与他们交往的职工分别增加了11.9%和4.5%;主动寻求艾滋病健康咨询的职工比例增加了19%,被动获取信息渠道中,宣传单(折页、小册子)位居第一。结论该艾滋病健康教育政策实施效果比较好,为保证政策的生命力,贯彻《艾滋病防治条例》对企业的责任和义务要求,仍然需要对政策进一步调整和完善。
Objective To improve policy of HIV/AIDS health education in Qinhuangdao Port Group, share experience and lessons with other enterprises. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to employees by using selfdesigned questionnaire prior and after implementation of the revised HIV/AIDS health education policy, randomized samples reached 2008 and 1996, respectively. Results Percentage of employee who acknowledge 6 basic information about HIV/AIDS are significantly improved from 8.8 % to 16.6 %, which were depended on education level, job clarification, work year and gender; percentage of employee who allow HIV/AIDS to work continually and will keep relationship with them are 11.9 % and 4.5 % higher than before significantly, respectively; employee who seek for consulting actively are increased 19 % ; in passive acquirement of relate information, printing material of booklet, foldout and leaflet is on the top of all channels. Conclusion The policy of HIV/AIDS health education at Qinhuangdao Port Group in 2006 is effective, however, the policy need to be adjusted and improved continually, according to relate responsibility and accountability assigned from Regulation of AIDS Prevention and Control.
