摘要
目的通过研究职业生涯团体辅导对自我同一性的影响,探索提高自我同一性的途径,为大学生的职业生涯教育提供一套可行的实施方案。方法从自愿选修《职业生涯团体辅导》课程的30名学生中,随机分为实验组和对照组,各15人,实验组进行职业生涯团体辅导。干预前后用SCL-90和EOM-EIS-Ⅱ对学生心理健康状况进行测量。结果干预后,实验组的SCL-90多个因子项的得分发生了较显著的变化;实验组的学生除早期闭合状况没有明显差异(P>0.05)外,扩散状况的变化较显著(P<0.05),延缓状况和完成状况的变化达到非常显著的水平(P<0.01)。结论职业生涯团体辅导是促进大学生建立自我同一性的有效途径之一。
Objective Through research career counseling groups on the impact of self-identity and self-identity, to explore ways for undergraduate career education in a practical implementation of the program. Methods Among voluntary elective "career counseling groups" 30 courses students, 15 persons were randomly selected to form the experimental group, which received a period of seven times, each time three hours of career counseling. The control group of 15 persons was not to be intervened. The two groups were tested by SCL - 90 and EOM - EIS - Ⅱ respectively before and after the intervention. Results The experimental group had notable change in the SCL- 90 factor scores after intervention. Except for the early closure conditions (P 〉0.05), the proliferation, delayed status and achievement status had significant difference before and after the intervention in the experimental group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Career counseling organizations is one of the effective ways to promote students to develop self-identity.
