回顾了我国农村合作医疗的发展历程,分析了其在各个时期的特点,总结了新型农村合作医疗制度的现状:制度框架及运行机制基本形成,并具有广泛的社会基础,试点成效明显,政府支持为新型农村合作医疗制度提供了制度平台等。最后,对新制度存在的不足进行了详细的剖析。

The paper reviewed the development of rural cooperative medical system, analyzed the characters of the system in different periods, and summarized the status quo of the new system as the system frame and operational mechanism had been formed, experiment effects were obvious and the government had provided system platform. At last, the shortages of the new system were analyzed in detail.
