医院与社区互动逻辑建模分析

Study on the Logic Model of Interactivities Between Hospital and Community

目的以新型二级宏观医疗卫生服务系统为基点,进一步完善以社区为基础的医疗卫生服务理论体系,构建医院与社区互动逻辑模型,进行新型医疗卫生服务系统中医院与社区互动机制研究。方法复杂系统研究方法,系统动力学以及multi-agent建模方法,卫生服务理论,关联性分析以及文献综述、专家咨询方法。结果经医院与社区互动关系系统分析以及关联性分析,获得医院与社区互动问题的主要主体和病人流动路径,分析医院与社区互动的影响因素,并建立逻辑模型。结论医院与社区互动机制是新型宏观二级医疗卫生服务系统的关键部分,研究可为新型宏观二级医疗卫生服务系统建立提供理论依据。

OBJECTIVE To eonstruc, t the logic model of interactivity between hospital and communitie based on the new type Health Delivery System （HDS）, improve the theoretical system on new type HDS which based on community health service. METHODS Complicated system research methods and system dynamic model construction methods were used including analysis of routine data and interviews supplemented by analysis of published literature. RESULTS Patients, hospitals, community and government are main parts in logic model. Chooses while seeking medical advice, standards of interactivity, management of community, are factors affecting interactivity in logic model. Policy advices were advanced in the end. CONCLUSIONS The mechanism of interactivity between hospital and community is the key of exchanging on medical funds, medical equipments and personal resources between that two. Results of researeh could be theory evidences for improvement of new type HDS.
