摘要
目的了解我国乡镇卫生院人力资源现状,为规划和规范乡镇卫生院人力资源提供参考依据。方法查阅《中国卫生年鉴》和《中国卫生统计年鉴》。运用计算机与手工检索相结合的方式对国内相关医学文献数据库及学术期刊进行检索。结果我国乡镇卫生院人员数量不断增长,人员匮乏与闲置浪费现象并存。城乡、不同地区和专业结构分布不平衡。卫生技术人员以中青年为主,人员学历职称较低。结论各级政府应加大对农村卫生工作的支持和投入,提高乡镇卫生院人员的素质,大力开展城市支援农村的工作,推进农村合作医疗制度的建设。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of health human resources of twonship hospitals in our country so as to provide information and evidence for planning and managing health human resources of township hospitals. METHODS 《China Health Annual》 and 《China Health Statistical Annual》 were referred to. Computer retrieval and manual retrieval were used to survey domestic data banks of relevant medical literature and academic periodicals. RESULTS The number of health human resources of township hospitals in China increases continually with uneven distribution, unbalanced specialty setups and academic degree on the low side and irra- tional proportions of professional and technical posts, In addition, personnel insufficiency concurrences with personnel waste. CONCLU- SIONS Government should give more support and input to rural health. Qaulity of township hospital staff should be improved,Rural health should be patronized by urban hospital.Rural cooperative medical system should be positively developed
