玉溪市结核病防治规划执行情况调查分析

Evaluation Results on Yuxi City TB Control Programme

目的评价结核病防治规划的执行情况,发现存在的问题和困难,提出建议,为政府决策提供科学依据。方法采用统一的方案和调查表对玉溪市贯彻实施结核病防治规划情况进行调查,调查表全部录入计算机进行分析处理。结果各级政府均制定了结核病防治规划,2002—2005年结核病防治经费到位率分别为123%、80%、254%和64%;卫生行政部门全力将结核病防治纳入卫生工作目标。2002—2005年共发现活动性肺结核病人3287例,涂阳肺结核病人登记率由10.8/10万上升到27.6/10万,初治涂阳肺结核治愈率达88.8%。结论玉溪市结核病控制工作取得了满意的效果,但各县(区)控制水平不平衡,应继续认真贯彻执行《全国结核病防治规划(2001—2010)》,提高玉溪市结核病防治工作的整体水平。

OBJECTIVE To evalute the implementation situation of TB control programme and to identify the constraints and difficulties for providing the scientific evidences for pokicy makers. METHODS To use the constraints and questionnaire in this evaluation and all the data was collected and input into computer. RESULTS 100% of the governments have developed the TB control programme plans. Rates of TB control funds were 123%, 80%, 254% and 64% in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 respectively. 100% of the health administrative sectors have put TB control into the health agenda. 3 287 agtive TB cases have been detected from 2002 to 2005. The noti- fication rate of postive TB cases was raised from 10.8/10s in 2002 to 27.6/105 in 2005. The cure rate of new positive cases reached 88.8%. CONCLUSIONS Yuxi gets a satisfactory result in TB control.But it were uneven hetween counties and districts. 《The National Tuberculosis Control Programme （2001-2010）》 should he implemented through strengthening approaches with high quality.
