摘要
目的了解武警离退休干部的心理健康状况,为做好老干部心理卫生工作提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对武警黑龙江总队的230名离退休干部进行调查,并将结果与军队常模、地方相近年龄组常模进行比较。结果调查组各项因子分均显著低于军队常模,但与地方相近年龄组常模比较,在人际敏感、敌对等因子得分上存在显著性差异。结论武警离退休干部的心理健康状况良好,但个体仍然存在较多的心理健康问题,还需要有针对性地进行心理疏导。
OBJECTIVE To investigate mental health of retiring cadres. METHOD 190 retiring cadres were tested by Symptom Check- list-90, the result was compared with the army normal and civilian normal. RESULTS The factorial scores of 230 retiring cadres are prominently lower than that of army normal.But compared with civilian normal.The factorial scores of interpersonal sensitively, hostility were higher. CONCLUSIONS Retiring cadres＇ mental health is mostly fine, but problem individuals need mental appeasement.
