摘要
不断转向服务业,是20世纪90年代中期以来FD I的产业选择趋势,而服务外包则是与之"合意"的对外投资方式。因此,鼓励吸引服务业外资、积极建设服务外包基地,应成为今后中国吸引外资的政策取向。
Since the 1990s, constant shift towards service industry has been the industry choice trend of FDI and service outsourcing is the means of foreign investment which is acceptable for it. Therefore, encouraging the introduction of foreign capital in service industry and constructing service outsourcing base actively shoule be the policy choice for our country to attract foreign capital.
