基于“边缘效应”的南襄城市群构建研究

Research on the Construction of City Cluster in Nan-Xiang Region Based on "Edge Effect"

城市群在区域经济社会发展中的作用越来越重要。笔者在阐释"边缘效应"、边缘区、边缘区类型的基础上,从边缘效应、通道条件、经济地位、基础设施、文教科技等方面深入分析了南襄城市群构建条件。同时,对南襄边缘区的未来发展给出了消除"行政区经济"束缚、突出互补优势、加速南襄边缘区要素流动、促进边缘区升级、构建南襄城市群框架的建议。

The function of city cluster in the regional economic and social development is becoming more and more important. On the basis of explaining ＂edge effect＂, edge area and types of edge areas, the authors analyze the conditions for the construction of Nan - Xiang city cluster from the respects of edge effect, channel condition, economic status, infrastructure, culture, education and technology and so on, and puts forward the suggestions of hanishlng the restriction of ＂canton economy＂, giving prominence to mutually - complementary advantages, accelerating the flow of essential factors in Nan - Xiang edge area, promoting the upgrading of the edge area and constructing the frame of Nan - Xiang city duster.
