A Probe into the Trend and Development Direction of Domestic Corporate Governance Research

"公司治理热"在我国已经持续了十年有余。公司治理从最初的概念探讨和理念争议,到现今已经发展成为解释中国经济现象的系统学科。尽管在研究主线、研究方法等基本层面依然处于向西方学习的状态,但在研究对象和研究热点方面已经独具特点。更值得关注的是,依托我国公司制企业的现实复杂性,实现基本理论层面的某种突破也具备一定可能性,双重代理成本治理的研究就是探索方向之一。

＂Corporate governance heat＂ has lasted more than ten years in our country. Today corporate governance has become a systematic subject to explain the economic phenomena in China from the initial discussion on concepts and debate on ideas. Though domestic researches still learn from the Occident in the basic aspects of research clue and method,the research objects and hotspots have some unique characteristics. What is more remarkable is that relying on the complexity of the corporations in our country it is possible to realize some kind of breakthrough in the basic theorems. The research of double agency cost governance is one of the explorations.
