摘要
视乳头血管瘤是起自视乳头实质内的先天性发育性血管肿瘤，可合并黄斑区渗出性视网膜脱离，但合并黄斑裂孔极少见。现将1例视乳头血管瘤合并黄斑裂孔的病例报告如下。
