摘要
角膜屈光手术后人工晶状体（IOL）度数的测算很复杂。按常规的测算方法，术后常会出现较大偏差。本文分析了角膜屈光手术后IOL度数测算的误差原因，并列出了多种解决策略，希望为该类患者IOL度数测算提供依据。（中华眼科杂志，2008，44：82-85）
Intraocular lens power calculation after corneal refractive surgery is complicated. It is common to have a great postoperative deviation with the traditional method.
