FIZZ1对α-肌动蛋白和Ⅰ型胶原在大鼠支气管哮喘模型中表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者的气道慢性炎症可导致上皮细胞损伤,成纤维细胞活化并分化为表达α-肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的肌成纤维细胞和胶原沉积,因此,α-SMA和Ⅰ型胶原是哮喘早期气道重塑中的重要指标。FIZZ1是2000年首次在过敏性炎症中发现的独立新基因。我们试图检测大鼠哮喘模型Ⅱ期肺泡上皮细胞(AECⅡ)中FIZZ1表达水平、肺组织内α-SMA和成纤维细胞内Ⅰ型胶原含量,揭示FIZZ1与早期气道重塑的关系。
