PCR结合酶切和微流控电泳检测载脂蛋白CⅢ基因C-482T多态性 被引量:3

摘要 载脂蛋白CⅢ(apo CⅢ)由79个氨基酸残基组成,其相对分子质量为8800,主要在肝脏中合成,小肠中也有少量表达。apo CⅢ通过抑制脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)以及受体活性影响血浆富含甘油三酯脂蛋白(TRL)的代谢,apo CⅢ通过表达可延缓TRL如乳糜微粒(CM)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)脂解的速度,从而引起高甘油三酯血症(HTG)。
