自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病四例诊断与治疗评析

摘要
病例1 患者男，44岁。因全身红斑水疱5个月，加重1个月，于2007年7月27日入院。查体：口腔黏膜见2片指甲大小糜烂面，头面、躯干见大片红斑糜烂面及多个松弛性水疱，尼氏征阳性，四肢及会阴散在皮疹。间接免疫荧光检查（IIF）以猴食道上皮为底物，示棘细胞间偏下方IgG沉积，滴度1：80（正常值〈1：10），以鼠膀胱上皮为底物结果阴性。
