摘要
LW13-800罐式六氟化硫高压交流断路器是西安西开高压电气股份有限公司自主开发研制的超高压六氟化硫断路器,是输变电系统的关键设备。针对此产品中大型铸铝框架件的结构特点,通过不同铸造工艺方案的对比分析,确定了合理的工艺方案及工艺参数。生产实践证明,采用立柱冒口+两层内浇道分散引入工艺可以稳定生产大型传动机构框架铸件。铸件质量高,适宜大批量生产。
LW13-800 pot-type SF6 high voltage alternating-currrnt circuit breaker is extra-high voltage SF6 circuit breaker developed its own by Xi'an Shiky High Voltage Electric Co., Ltd., it's the key equipment in the substation series. Through the analysis of structure to the frame casting, different foundry technology project was selected to compare, the scientific technology project was determined to apply to production practice and popularize, it's confirmed that the application of hierarchic pouring to the frame casting is practicable.
