摘要
陕西省太白酒业有限责任公司坚持继承和创新相结合,大力开展科技攻关,在太白酒酿造微生物区系分布与消长、太白酒酿造要素与质量品质和典型风格的形成、太白酒与健康,研发"多粮酿造,发酵成型凤兼复合型太白酒"生产工艺技术等方面进行了研究试验,取得了一批重要科研成果,获得了"全国商业优秀科技创新产品"等多项奖励,为企业创造经济效益上亿元。
Taibai Liquor Industry Co.Ltd. put more efforts in technical research based on the principle of ＂combination of inheritance and innovation＂.
