某医专学生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的调查

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIORS ON AIDS AMONG MEDICAL STUDENTS

[目的]了解湖南省怀化医专学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,为学校进一步开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]按年级进行分层,以班级为单位进行随机整群抽样,对怀化医专2003、2004级在校学生进行调查。采用匿名式自填问卷的方法收集资料,用SPSS11.5统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]怀化医专学生对艾滋病知识有一定认识,但仍有相当一部分学生对艾滋病传播途径有不正确的认识,分析结果表明:不同年级、性别、生源的学生对艾滋病相关知识问题回答正确率有统计学差异(P﹤0.05):高年级学生高于低年级学生、男生高于女生、城市和县镇学生高于农村学生;有40%多的学生对艾滋病病人存在歧视、偏见、疏远的错误态度。[结论]怀化医专学生对艾滋病知识有一定认识,但不够全面;今后要进一步加强对怀化医专学生尤其是新生、女生和农村学生的艾滋病知识、态度及行为方面的健康教育。

[Objective] To investigate the related knowledge toward AIDS among medical students of Huaihua medical college in Hunan. and provide theory basis for implementing health education of AIDS prevention in college. [ Methods ] By stratifying on grades and randomized cluster sampling on classed, students of grade 2003 and grade 2004 were investigated with anonymous questionnaire. Statistic analysis were performed by using SPSS 11.5 statistical software. [ Results] These students of Huaihua medical college had certain knowledge of AIDS. while a large number of students did not know the right routes of AIDS transmission. The analysis results demonstrated： the correct rate of answering related knowledge toward AIDS showed significant differences among different grades, different sex, and different native places （ P 〈 0.05） ： The correct rate of high grade students was significantly higher than that of low grade students, and that of male students was higher than female students as well as that of urban students was higher than that of rural students. More than 40% of these students took a wrong attitude towards AIDS patients such as discrimination, prejudice and estrangement. [ Conclusion] The students of Huaihua medical college have certain knowledge of AIDS, but they have not a comprehensive grasp of AIDS knowledge; Efforts should be taken to enforce the health education about knowledge, attitude and behaviors on AIDS toward students in Huaihua medical college, especially towards freshmen, female and rural students.
