马鞍山市宾馆旅店实施公共场所卫生监督量化分级管理效果评估 被引量:11

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF SANITATION SUPERVISION QUANTIFICATION MANAGEMENT AT DIFFERENT LEVELS IN PUBLIC PLACES OF HOTELS IN MAANSHAN

摘要 [目的]对马鞍山市宾馆旅店实施公共场所卫生监督量化分级管理效果进行评估。[方法]对本市所有宾馆旅店进行摸底调查、两轮正式测评,现场填写相应卫生监督管理量化评分表。[结果]量化后D级单位所占比例明显下降,B级单位比例明显上升,普通旅店、星级宾馆7项综合指标得分率量化后均高于量化前。量化后进步明显的指标中,软件管理和硬件设施类所占比例相当,分别为41.38%、37.93%,软件管理类上升幅度较高。量化后大多数综合指标得分率星级宾馆达到较高水平,而普通旅店多数处于中等水平。一定比例的中小型旅店短期内难以达标。[结论]总体显现出实施公共场所卫生监督量化分级管理工作的良好效果,促进普通旅店在硬件设施、规范操作上的完善,是宾馆旅店实施量化分级管理的重点环节,其中中小型旅店应作为监督管理的重点对象。 [Objective] To assess the effects of sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels in public places of hotels in Maanshan. [Methods] The real situation of all the hotels in Maanshan were investigated, were evaluated by twice examination, and on site finished the corresponding score tables of sanitation supervision quantification management. [Results] After quantifying, the proportion of grade D units obviously decreased, equally the proportion of grade B obviously increased, and score rate of the seven comprehensive indexes of ordinary and star-grade hotels before quantifying was higher than after quantifying. Among the significantly increased indexes after quantifying, the indexes of software management and hardware facilities were equal in proportion, and accounted for 41.38% and 37.93 %, respectively, while the index of software management increased by bigger range. Score rate of the majority comprehensive indexes of star-grade hotels achieved higher levels, that of the ordinary hotels remains moderate levels. A certain proportion of moderate-small sized hotels did not meet the requirement in a short time. [Conclusion ] This study has shown the good effect of implementing sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels. Improving the hardware facilities in ordinary hotels and standard manipulation are the key link of implementing quantification management at different levels, while supervising and managing should be focused on the moderate-small sized hotels.
