急性脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白、高敏C-反应蛋白含量变化的研究

THE STUDY ON THE CONTENT CHANGES OF PLASMA OXIDIZED LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN,HIGH-SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION

[目的]探讨氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)、高敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)在急性脑梗死(ACI)发生、发展中的作用和意义及2指标之间的相互联系。[方法]测定ACI患者100例、对照组50例的血清OX-LDL、HS-CRP值,对不同临床类型ACI患者的上述2指标进行分析比较并评估二指标的相关性。[结果]ACI患者OX-LDL、HS-CRP含量明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。大梗死灶组ACI患者OX-LDL、HS-CRP含量明显高于中、小梗死灶组(P﹤0.01);神经功能缺损程度越重的患者,OX-LDL、HS-CRP含量越高。进展性卒中组OX-LDL、HS-CRP明显高于完全性脑卒中组(P﹤0.01)。ACI患者OX-LDL、HS-CRP呈显著正相关(r=0.493,P﹤0.05)。[结论]ACI患者OX-LDL、HS-CRP水平随临床类型不同而变化,OX-LDL与HS-CRP可能在ACI的发生发展中起协同作用。

[Objective ] To investigate the role and significance of oxidized low density lipoprotein （OX-LDL）, high - sensitivity C-reactive protein （HS-CRP） in the development of acute cerebral infarction （ACI）, and the relationship between OX-LDL and HS-CRP. [Methods] OX-LDL and HS-CRP were measured in 100 patients with ACI and 50 controls, the content of them was compared among different clinical types of panents with ACI as well as the correlation of them was analyzed. [Results] OX-LDL and HS-CRP levels in ACI group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. OX- LDL and HS-CRP levels in patients with large cerebral infarction was much higher than those in patients with medium and small cerebral infarction （P 〈 0.01 ） ： the more severe neurologic impairment the patients suffered, dre higher levels the content of OX-LDL and HS-CRP level had. OX-LDL and HS-CRP levels in patients with progressive stroke were significantly higher than those in patients with complete stroke （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significantly positive correlation between OX-LDL and HS-CRP （r = 0.493, P 〈 0.05）. [ConclusionJ The content of OX-LDL and HS-CRP in patients with ACI varied with clinical types of ACI. OX-LDL and HS-CRP may take cooperative effect in the development of ACI.
