两种大安瓿掰折法的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]观察自制大安瓿掰折器的使用效果。[方法]自2005年10月27日起在宜春市四家医院的6个病区进行为期两周的随机对照实验,实验组使用自制安瓿掰折器掰大安瓿,而对照组使用徒手法。[结果]实验组在以下3个方面明显低于对照组:大安瓿折断后有可见玻璃的瓶数、捏碎玻璃的瓶数、划破手的人/次数。[结论]护士使用自制安瓿掰折器操作优于徒手掰折大安瓿。它的使用不仅可以提高护士掰折大安瓿的安全性,还可减少药物受到玻璃碎片污染的机会。建议临床护士自行制作并推广应用。 [Objective] To observe the effect of utilization of serf-made device for opening big ampules. [Methods] 6 wards of four hospitals in Yichuan were selected to conduct randomized clinical trial for two weeks fronm 27^th October 2005. The nurses in experimental group opened big ampules with self-made opening device, while those in control group opened big ampules by bare hands. [ Results] The incidence of ampules containing visible galss fragments after breaking off. and ampules broken by hand as well as hands scratched with ampules in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group. [ Conclusion] The effect of using self-made device for opening big ampules was better than opening big ampules with bare hands. The application of the self-made device could increase the safety for nurses to open big ampules, and decrease the opportunities of drug polluted by glass fragments. It is advisable for nurses to use serf-made device for opening big ampules and popularize the apphcation.
