肝素抗凝治疗时对PT-INR的影响与分析

ANALYSIS AND EFFECT ON PT-INR INFLUENCED BY HEPARIN ANTI-COAGULANT THERAPY

[目的]了解肝素治疗时对PT-INR的影响。[方法]对144例肝素抗凝患者的APTT及PT-INR进行了直线相关与回归分析。[结果]PT-INR与APTT呈正相关,相关系数r=0.659,P﹤0.001;其直线回归方程为INR=0.974+0.002325APTT。[结论]肝素治疗对PT-INR有影响。

[Objective] To study the effect on PT-INR influenced by heparin anti-coagulant therapy. [Methods] linear correlation and regression analyses were performed to analyze the APTT and PT-INR of 144 patients with heparin antl-coagulant therapy. [ Results] PT-INR and APTT were significantly positive correlation, and the coefficient correlation was 0.659 （P 〈 0.001 ）; The linear regression equation was INR =0.974＋0.002325APTT. [ Conclusion] Heparin anti-coagulant therapy cart influence the PT-INR.
