摘要
[目的]观察口腔综合防治措施对固定正畸患者龋病和牙周组织健康的影响。[方法]选择固定正畸患者58例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组实施口腔综合防治措施,观察两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数和龋病变化情况。[结果]实验组的GI、PLI均下降,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),牙龈炎的发病率也低于对照组;实验后两组间龋均无统计学差异。[结论]口腔综合防治措施是防治正畸患者龋病和牙龈炎的有效方法。
[Objective] To observe the influence of comprehensive prevention and control measures on the caries and periodontal issues of fixed orthodontic patients. [Methods] 58 fixed orthodontic patients were recruited, and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was conducted with comprehensive oral prevention and control measures, who were given fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into two group, the plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI） and changes of caries of both two groups were detected. [ Results] PLI and GI in experimental group were significantly decreased when compared with control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of gingivitis in experimental group was significant lower than that in eontrol group; The incidences of caries in two groups demonstrated no significant difference. [Conclusion] Comprehensive prevention and control measures is the effective method for preventing caries and gingivitis of fixed Orthodontie patients.
