摘要
无级变速传动系统的速比连续变化特性可以使发动机转速工作在理想状态下,其速比的控制一直以来都是该系统的核心控制问题。通过对发动机试验数据的处理,获得发动机最佳经济性(动力性)目标转速图。从实时控制的角度出发,应用Matlab 2006a中发布的基于汽车物理建模的工具箱SimDriveline,建立智能驾驶员、速比控制模型和传动系统模型,并仿真计算汽车在跟踪给定行驶方式下的动态过程,为进一步开发无级变速器(CVT)的控制系统提供必要的前期工作准备。
The ratio-varying characteristic of CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system can make the engine run in the perfect condition. The control of speed ratio has been the main control problem of CVT system. Through the treatment of the engine test data, the economy (power) engine target speed map is obtained. From the aspect of real-time control, the SimDriveline tool box released in matlab 2006a on the theory of automobile physical modeling is applied; intelligent driver model, speed-ratio model and transmission system are established; and the dynamic process of the vehicle is simulated and calculated under several given conditions. The corresponding results offer necessary prereparation for further developing the CVT system.
