摘要
钢纤维混凝土可提高路面的抗裂、抗折、抗疲劳等各项强度,改善路面的使用性能,延长路面的使用寿命。介绍了钢纤维混凝土在路面翻修中的应用实例,详细分析了钢纤维混凝土配合比的设计过程,并通过试验获得最佳配合比。钢纤维混凝土在道路翻修项目中具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,值得广泛推广。
Steel fiber rein-forced concrete can improve pavement′s crack resistance, rupture strength, fatigue limit and functional performance and prolong its service life. Through some engineering instances, this article introduces steel fiber rein-forced concrete applying to underpass resurfacing. It analyses in details the designing process of proportioning of steel fiber rein-forced concrete and explicates how to get the optimum proportion through experiments. The applying effects show that steel fiber rein-forced concrete using for pavement resurfacing has striking economic benefits and social benefits and worthwhile diffusely generalizing.
