摘要
采用粉末压片,硼酸镶边垫底的制样方法,用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定冰晶石中的F、Al、Na、Si O2、Fe2O3、SO42-、P2O5、CaO等8个成分。本法分析速度快,测量精密度好,测量结果与化学分析结果相符。
X - ray fluorescence spectrometer is used to measure F, Aluminum, Na, SiO2, Fe2O3, SO4^2-, P2O5 and CaO elements in cryolite after sample is made by powder press sheet with boracic acid at sides and bottom, showing quicker and precise analysis.
